Senaman semasa hamil? Boleh ke?

Senaman semasa hamil amat penting kerana dapat menyediakan diri kita untuk bersalin, melenakan tidur di malam hari, mood kita akan rasa lebih baik dan mengurangkan sakit-sakit otot.

Saya bukanlah seorang yang rajin bersenam tetapi demi kesihatan diri sendiri kena paksa diri lakukan. Siap buat reminder dalam telefon.

Tetapi senaman tidak selamat sekiranya..
